Just wanted to say THANK YOU for the warm welcome, and the encouraging words from all!!
I really didn’t do to bad for my 1st day. Today I did have breakfast, and snacked on baby carrots, which is better than not eating anything until supper, and then snacking too much at night! I am going to try not to weigh myself for a week, but we will see!
I have a question on the food journal….under Net Calorie Balance……it says goal 250-750,calorie deficit per day. Mine says -1752. What does this mean? I wish there was a place where I could just go in and type what I had and the calories, but maybe it will get easier too. Sometimes when I put something in, it is different than what the box says, but, as long as it is higher on here, rather than lower, I’m fine with that!
Tomorrow we go to a New Years Eve party, and there will be TONS of food there. That will be a battle, I am going to try to conquer! I will let you know how I do!
I am also drinking water today, instead of a lot of Diet Dew. I am going to get in at least 8-8oz. glasses!

Good for you it sounds like you’re doing a lot of good things like the water and eating breakfast..hope you’re eating lunch and dinner too. One thing you might try that sometimes works for me is if I’m going out somewhere where there will be a lot of food I actually eat a healthy snack before I go so I am less likely to munch on the unhealthy stuff at the event.
