Howdy Buddies!
Just wanted to stop in and say hello to everyone. I hope all spirits are up as mine are. Yep….1 pound closer to my goal!! Yee ha!! I have been doing better on getting more meals in, and drinking more water, so that is a plus!
My husband and I are painting our living room, so that will give me a little extra exercising too! We did the ceiling today, and will try to get the walls done tomorrow. If not then it will have to wait til after the weekend, because Bill’s niece will be here from Niagara Falls, New York for a visit. I am trying to figure out some low fat casseroles, or quick and easy meals that are low cal/fat. I have been looking at the recipes on here, so maybe I will come up with a few!
